Our Role As Employer
Arrival Calls/Quality Calls Our staffing specialists will call on the first day of an assignment to make sure our employee has arrived. We will then call later to inquire about the temporary employee's performance, if at any time you are not satisfied, please call us immediately. We do require a four-hour work minimum on any assignment. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients and ensure your complete satisfaction. Screening Process/Background Check Upon request, CBS will provide a pre-employment history including criminal and civil litigation history, drug and/or alcohol screening and a complete physical. Fees for these services are absorbed by the client. Payment Terms Our employees' time cards must be approved and signed by an authorized employee of your company. Once signed, time cards are both legal and binding. Our temporary employees are paid weekly. You will be billed weekly. Our payment terms are due upon receipt. CBS will grant all employees 10 paid holidays after 30 calendar days of service. Following is a list of the paid holidays:
